[cAos-devel] cups on 64bit

Can someone take a look at why cups-devel doesn't exist on 64bit but 
does on 32bit?  the autobuilder's barfing on my foomatic-filters package 
I think because there's no cups-devel package and possibly the cups 
package that is on 64bit doesn't have a2ps :(

I'll check when I get a chance, only I have an interview tomorrow to 
prepare for, and not sure what time I'll have in the near future, 'cos a 
lot depends on this new job :-)
